The most design-led of the three Guéliz units: recessed arched wall niches styled with small sculptural objects, a large abstract terracotta-and-charcoal painting, sculptural black dining and coffee tables paired with bouclé-upholstered curved chairs, and a private terracotta-tiled balcony with potted cacti overlooking Guéliz's pink rooftops. An interior-designed showpiece, not a standard rental apartment.
